PFH are currently a bronze member and applying for silver status accreditation.
PFH achieved an Investors in Diversity Bronze award in December 2022 from The Irish Centre for Diversity which offers Ireland’s only Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) mark for Irish businesses. Supported by IBEC, the EDI Mark, enables PFH to be known as an ‘Investor in Diversity’, providing us with a framework for success. We want to be recognised for efforts to foster equality, diversity and inclusion for our team members and we are currently applying for a silver accreditation following further improvements.
