PFH has a mix of governance criteria to both lead and measure our ESG strategy, which includes our ESG Team which is made up of three key ‘champions’ who drive the strategy within the organisation, namely:

Our ESG strategy is CEO-led and PFH’s systems and processes are set at reasonable levels to ensure that each of our strategic objectives, while ambitious and challenging, are achievable rather than simply aspirational.

Our team comprises of Paul Callaghan CEO, Susan Manning, Director of People and Sustainability Lead and John Hourican, Sales Director.
