- Location: Hybrid (Dublin City Centre or Athlone, with 2+ days/week onsite)

- Hybrid model: minimum of 2 days onsite per week, flexibility required for additional days if needed
- Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for 2 x 12-month extensions)
Are you passionate about driving user adoption and delivering impactful training on modern digital tools? We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Professional to join a transformative public sector digital programme.
About the Role:
This role is critical in the rollout of a modern Case Management System (CMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting both customer and staff experience. You’ll be at the centre of a change journey, equipping staff with the skills and confidence to embrace new digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training (virtual and in-person) tailored to a wide variety of users.
- Build course materials using modern platforms such as Canvas and ensure ongoing maintenance and updates aligned with new CMS releases.
- Lead CMS workshops and champion user adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain user documentation, training videos, and onboarding guides.
- Provide real-time support and hands-on guidance during onboarding phases.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 7+ years in a Learning & Development role, ideally within digital or ICT environments.
- Proven experience delivering end-user training for web-based applications.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and ideally experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CMS projects.
- Demonstrated experience with tools like Canvas, MS Office, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
- A team player with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in Learning & Development.
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Business, IT, or a related field.
