As Chief Executive Officer at PFH Technology Group, Tom brings over 15 years of experienced leadership as the company’s former CFO. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving a series of strategic acquisitions and investments that significantly enhanced the company’s market position. Over the past 15 years, PFH’s revenue has grown to over €200 million. In addition to finance, Tom was responsible for overseeing HR, logistics, and multiple business units, demonstrating his versatile leadership and deep understanding of the company’s operations.
Before joining PFH, Tom worked with the NTMA of Ireland and in the structured finance market in London. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Cork and London specialising in the TMT sector. He is a graduate of University College Cork and the Smurfit School of Business at UCD.
Declan has a proven executive management record and over twenty-five years’ experience developing and building enterprise computing businesses. He has focused on business critical computing over the course of a career where he has held senior positions in Digital Equipment Corporation, Mentec and Xpert Technology. Previously Declan was Managing Director of Redstone Technology and led their development into Ireland’s leading enterprise computing specialists.
Her responsibilities extend beyond the finance team, encompassing key business delivery areas such as logistics and warehousing, procurement service contracts, sales support, and client-focused reporting. With deep knowledge of internal systems and processes, she brings valuable insights into the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the organisation.
Recognised for building high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration, she consistently aligns financial strategy with long-term business objectives and uses data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Stephen brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning leadership, consulting, and advisory roles. As Commercial and Technology leader at PFH, he is responsible for sales, marketing, go-to-market strategy, and the company’s portfolio of solutions and services.
He leads a large team of sales executives, specialists, and solution architects, driving business growth across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, talent resourcing, end-user compute, and digital workspace solutions.
With more than two decades of experience guiding organisations through complex IT transformation projects, Stephen has deep expertise in cloud strategies, solution design, infrastructure assessments, and proposal development.
He holds an MSc in Cloud Computing and a BSc in Computer Science, and he recently completed the Harvard Business Leadership Program.
Karl is a seasoned ICT leader with over 35 years of experience spanning both global and local markets. He combines deep expertise in team leadership, business operations, business development, and service delivery management with a strong consulting and education background in service management strategies, design, and execution. He leads our strategic growth, market expansion, and operational performance of our recurring revenue services portfolio.
Karl holds a First-Class Honours MSc in Strategic Management and is widely regarded as a thought leader in service management best practice within the Irish ICT industry. He is a founding officer, past Chairman, and honorary member of Ireland’s IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), where he has played a pivotal role in promoting service management as a strategic enabler for business excellence.
John has worked with PFH Technology Group for over twenty-five years. He has held a number of positions including Sales & Marketing Manager and also as Logistics Manager where his primary role was the delivery of product quality, the management of PFH’s supply chain and its customer service personnel.
With over two decades in the IT industry, Davin has built a career around helping organisations bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. His hands-on experience spans end-user computing, virtualisation, hybrid cloud, and data centre transformation. He has served in senior roles at HPE, including Field CTO for Ireland and UKIMEA Storage Presales Manager.
