This includes the formation of a unified leadership team and combined board, led by Tom Randles, now CEO of both PFH and MTI. The joint venture is focused on enhancing our collective capability and delivering greater value to our more than 1,500 customers across Europe.
PFH and MTI bring over 40 years of combined industry heritage, supporting organisations across the UK, Ireland, and Germany with their IT modernisation and business transformation plans. Our combined technical capability, expanded services portfolio, and industry-leading technology expertise strengthens our position as a full-service technology solution provider for our customers.
This joint venture unites more than 1,000 employees, represents €300 million in combined revenues, and offers our customers one of the largest technical services and engineering teams in the region.
