Karl is an experienced senior professional combining team/function management and strong business operations, with business development and service delivery management, with a personal consulting and education specialisation in Service Management based strategies, design and delivery. He has 30 years ICT industry experience – both at a global and local level. Karl is a proven IT leader with a track record in strategy execution and business development. He has consulted extensively advising organisations on Business/ICT strategy, outsourcing and organisation change.

Karl holds a 1st Class Honours in MSc Strategic Management and is a leader in Irish industry in service management best practice. He is a founding Officer, past Chairman & honorary member for Ireland’s itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) Chapter in Ireland promoting Service Management as a strategic industry best practice. He is industry accredited in IT Service Management to the highest level.
