Analyst - Laboratory IT Systems | Limerick | On-site with Flexibility

Are you passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of IT and laboratory science? A leading global organization is seeking an experienced Analyst - Laboratory IT Systems to support, validate, and maintain cutting-edge computerized instrument systems within both lab and manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Support installation, upgrades, and validation of lab IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity, cybersecurity, and GxP standards.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls using Active Directory and identity management systems.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, procedures, and documentation related to system usage.
  • Provide end-user support and training on analytical equipment and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external stakeholders to drive system improvements.
  • Participate in audits and maintain systems on current, supported versions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical or similar industries).
  • Solid knowledge of GxP, data integrity, and computer system validation.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working under time pressure and handling repetitive tasks efficiently.

Work Setup:

  • Primarily on-site in Limerick (Raheen area), with limited remote flexibility subject to approval.
  • Occasional travel (up to quarterly).
  • Availability to support out-of-hours activities when required.
