Paul Hourican, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of PFH Technology Group Paul has a 'hands-on' role in the day-to-day running of the business, which he founded in 1985. Under Paul's leadership PFH acquired, in 1990, the agency for the IBM pc and expanded beyond the SME space into the corporate market. He grew the business in the LE market until, in 2006, PFH acquired CK Business Systems, which operated primarily in Galway and Dublin. In other strategic moves, he acquired both Siemens Enterprise Communications, for their strength in Network & Unified Communications and Redstone Technology, one of the country's leading Enterprise Storage integrators. Paul Callaghan, Group Commercial & Operations Director
Paul has over thirty years’ experience in the ICT market. He has held senior management positions in Cara, CK Business Electronics, PFH and Eircom, serving in a range of commercial roles including General Manager, CEO and Sales Director. Declan Van Esbeck, Strategic Director Of Enterprise Technology
Declan has a proven executive management record and over 20 years of experience developing and building enterprise computing businesses. He has  focused on business critical computing over the course of a career where he has held senior positions in Digital Equipment Corporation, Mentec and Xpert Technology. Previously Declan was Managing Director of Redstone Technology and led their development into Ireland’s leading enterprise computing specialists. Conor O'Brien, Strategic Human Resource Director
Conor plays a key role, working with the executive team in the development of the organisation. Conor has twenty-two years of experience in international Human Resources management and joins PFH from Kerry Group where he served as Vice President of Human Resources for the EMEA Region.
He brings a wide range of industry experience to PFH, having worked in food manufacturing, construction, recruitment, electronic manufacturing and computer systems sectors. Prior to Kerry Group, Conor worked with Seagate Technology, Europlan Recruitment, Kentz Engineering and Concurrent Computer Corporation (Perkin Elmer).

Thomas Randles, Group Finance Director
Tom, a chartered accountant and an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute, is Finance Director of PFH. A Graduate of UCC and The Smurfit School of Business at UCD, he qualified with Deloitte in Cork and London, where he worked predominantly in the Telecoms and Technology sectors. He has also gained experience as financial controller with Balfour Beatty Capital in London and was engaged in the project finance sector with the National Treasury Management Agency in Dublin. John Hourican, Logistics & Procurement Manager
Logistics Manager with PFH John has almost 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry. His primary role is for the quality of product delivery. Responsibilities include the management of our supply chain and customer service personnel. Life cycle Management services form a key part of this role as PFH now engineer over half of the 12,000 desktop & laptops it currently supplies to its corporate and government customers. Jason Boyle, Director - Technology Solutions & Portfolio
Jason has 19 years’ experience in the ICT industry having worked as a Consultant and Project Manager on a wide range of projects including a number of large infrastructure and management projects. In his current role Jason manages the Professional and Managed Services operations teams. Jason holds a 1st class Masters Degree in Project Management and 1st Class Diploma in Project Management from the University of Limerick. Fergal Keniry, Group Marketing Manager

Chris Casey, Helpdesk & On-site Services Manager
Chris is Service Manager at PFH and has over 25 years' experience in the ICT industry, both in Ireland and in the UK.  The primary role fulfilled by Chris is the management of all service desk and desktop management contracts for PFH. Chris has previously worked as an ICT engineer in a project and service capacity and now has ultimate responsibility for all service operations for over 1,400 customers. Contact details: T (021) 230 3014, E ccasey@pfh.ie
