Nominees also include Ray Coyle of Largo Food Exports, which makes Tayto crisps in the Republic; Galway developer Miceal Sammon of Sammon Contracting Group; Conor McCarthy, founder of aircraft maintenance group Dublin Aerospace and Domini and Peaches Kemp of Itsabagel.
