This 1 day course delivered by Damien Mulley will familiarise delegates with the whole social media arena from a business prospective i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter - how they can improve your business and which tool best suits your company profile. PFH will provide a trainer who will go to your company for the day (9.30 to 4.30 – please allow some time for lunch). The trainer will be available to go to individual's desks and go through problems they are having with the various applications they are currently using i.e.Pivot tables in Excel, mail merge in Word, scheduling in Calender, appointments in Outlook, changes in PowerPoint 2007 from 2003, etc.
If the day is planned properly, this could prove a very efficient and productive spend for your company.
